Kim Corey brings a thoughtful combination of Vermont roots and experience in sales, marketing, and business development to the Lipkin Audette Team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. Her career has taken her from Los Angeles to luxury apartment sales in Manhattan and ultimately back home to Vermont. A Vermont native and Saint Michael’s College graduate, she returned in 2012 and now helps buyers and sellers across Northwest Vermont.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kim spent 20 years in sports-club management and business development, helping open luxury clubs in New York City, Boston, and Washington, D.C. That background influences how she prepares a property for market, communicates with clients, and approaches negotiation.

Kim works with single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and higher-priced properties throughout Chittenden County, including Essex, Burlington, South Burlington, Colchester, Essex Junction, Williston, Shelburne, and Milton, as well as communities in Franklin County. She helps sellers think through pricing, listing preparation, and how to present a home’s strengths to potential buyers. For first-time buyers and those relocating to Vermont, she offers patient guidance through offers, inspections, and the details that arise before closing.
