Keeley Higgins Painter has seen real estate from nearly every angle. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2011, she works with the Lipkin Audette Team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. She began working in real estate after graduating from Champlain College in 2005. Her background spans listing marketing, staging, transaction coordination, property management, and client representation. She has also been a buyer, seller, and landlord herself, bringing firsthand perspective to the decisions her clients face.

Raised in the Mad River Valley and based in the Burlington area for more than two decades, Keeley helps buyers and sellers throughout Chittenden County and nearby communities. She knows Burlington's single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family properties, including the local permitting questions that can come with them. Her experience also includes new construction, investment properties, and second homes.

An Accredited Staging Professional, Keeley brings a practical eye to preparing a home for sale. Her work with the team includes listing marketing support such as staging advice, photography, virtual tours, and showing coordination. She understands that a successful sale depends not only on presenting a property well, but also on keeping the paperwork, schedules, and follow-up on track.

Keeley enjoys finding solutions when a transaction takes an unexpected turn. Clients describe her as organized, approachable, and generous with her time. She is especially attentive to first-time buyers learning the process and to buyers or sellers handling a move from a distance. Outside of real estate, Keeley enjoys volunteering with South Burlington schools and organizations including Habitat for Humanity, ANew Place, and Ronald McDonald House.
