Amanda Bell has helped buyers and sellers navigate real estate in the greater Burlington area and northern Vermont since 2015. A REALTOR® with the Lipkin Audette Team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, she is known for listening carefully, answering questions thoughtfully, and helping clients make decisions that reflect what matters most to them.
Originally from Massachusetts, Amanda came to Vermont for college and made it home. She understands the questions that come with relocating and enjoys helping people get to know the local market. Today she lives in Winooski and is always finding new places to explore around the state.
Amanda represents sellers of single-family homes as well as multi-family and investment properties. She helps clients think through pricing, preparation, and marketing, then stays attentive to the work that follows an accepted offer. From inspections and deadlines to unexpected issues before closing, she believes that steady communication and follow-through make a difference. Her investment-property work also includes tenant-occupied sales and clients who return for subsequent purchases or sales.
New construction is another important part of Amanda's experience. At Hillside at O'Brien Farm in South Burlington, she has helped buyers navigate plans, finishes, and the building process. She also works with first-time buyers, second-home buyers, and people moving to or from Vermont.
Amanda values the relationships that continue long after closing and the opportunity to help clients through different stages of life. Her hands-on approach is backed by the shared knowledge and support of the Lipkin Audette Team. Outside work, she enjoys Vermont's restaurants, swimming holes, walking trails, and time around Lake Champlain.
